Unanimus for 8 strings | 2020commissioned by and written for Ensemble Modern
In this piece the string octet is treated as a single body where every voice of the ensemble is an acoustic reflection of other lines that move in the space following the visual shape of number 8, a symbol of infinity and constant/circular flow of time and energy.
